The Elan Foodlab Testing Laboratory is one of the largest accredited analytical and testing laboratories in Cyprus and analyzes daily a wide variety of samples to determine the safety and fitness of the raw material, the intermediate and final product, and provides advice on improving quality and safety. It also analyses environmental problems of soil, groundwater and surface water and air pollution.

FOOD INFORMATION LABELING
Following the mandatory implementation of Regulation 1169/2011, the laboratory gives a complete package to its customers. It determines the nutritional value of the food and at the same time gives FREE legal advice to modify the labels or create them – in consultation with the customer’s printer person.
