Apart from the above basic types of econometric studies, there are also several individual studies that may be of significant interest to the business. Examples of such studies are:
- Studies for the business’ breakeven point, namely of the required sales for the full coverage of all fixed expenditures of the business.
- Studies for the profit of each sector of the operation of each branch, per product, per customer category, etc.
- Studies for various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and their comparing with the respective of the sector (benchmarking).
Such benchmarks may relate to the financial structure, the measurement of productivity by various criteria, the percentage of gross and net profits, the effective tax rate, the “spin” of the stock, the average collection times, and much more things that the business needs to keep track of its course.
